中文摘要 | 本研究基於「服務業科技化」之實作精神,與高雄地區精品咖啡業者「 36味咖啡館」產學合作,應用「軟體雛型法」(Software prototyping)法,為合作業者建置一個具有精品咖啡知識內容及教學內涵的「 36味咖啡知識館」網頁系統與行動電子書,協助業者提供創新的咖啡知識推廣與行銷的電子化服務與通路。在網頁系統與電子書開發過程中,係由合作業者提出初步系統功能與知識內容呈現需求,並由研究成員運用訪談與軟體雛型法來確認與分析使用者需求,進而設計網頁功能規格與編排電子書內容;系統實作則採甠 Apple i-web軟體進行網頁系統開發及哈瑪昰 SimMAGIC eBook軟體來進行電子書內容設計。針對經內部與外部測試無誤後之網頁系統,本研究進一步針對使用者進行系統接受度(Acceptance)的可用性評估。問卷調查結果顯示,受訪者對新網頁系統的介面、設計與知識內容的有用性、易用性與使用意願均表達滿意水準,此代表本研究的服務電子化之實務性成果具有高度的可用性。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the IT-enabled service principle, the practical research focused on developing a website and a mobile e-book of 36 Flavor Café. The implementation of the new e-services aimed to assist 36 Flavor Café Shop in Kaohsiung to promote and share the knowledge of special coffee. Through industry-university collaboration with 36 Flavor Café Shop, we applied software prototyping methodology to elicit users’ requirements and then to analysis and design the functionality, content, and user interface of the website and mobile e-book. According to the identified system requirements, we used the website development tool-Apple i-web and the e-book software-SimMAGIC eBook to implement the website system and e-book content. The quality of the website system and e-book content were validated and assured by iterative tests and refinements. To evaluate the usability of the developed e-services, this study further investigated the acceptance of the new website form a local questionnaire survey. The results showed that the respondents perceived high usefulness and ease of use of the website design. They also expressed their high willingness to use the systems in the future. It implied that the application of IT-enabled service was usable and valuable for 36 Flavor Café Shop in practice. |
