中文摘要 | 本文目的係針對日文系生對課程與職涯能力形成的相關之意識調查。以問卷方式調查14校,日文系學生共2113人。調查結果如下:日文系生認同讀大學有利職涯規劃的有76.2%,贊成所學能符合職場需求的有65.8%,認為可學習職場實務性知識約62.1%,專業科目對就業有益僅41.3%,認為比較有利就業的科目是翻譯、商務日語、觀光日語等科目。希望強化就業之知識與技能84.2%;贊同導入實習制度82.2%。認同應學習第二專長達92.7%。語言技能學習成效最佳的是「讀」90.9%,最弱則是「說」的能力69.7%,建議英語與電腦能力應強化。贊同大學學歷對就業有幫助,就讀日文系74%感到滿意,但有自信能符合職場需求者僅4成。大學生面臨全球化與高失業率的威脅;大學則有少子化、大學過多、品質良莠不齊問題,有心改變的日文系教師可嘗試適度調整課程與教學內容以提升學生的職涯能力。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to explore Japanese department students’ thoughts related to courses and formation of career skills. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 2113 students from the Department of Japanese of 14 universities. The results of the survey are summarized below: 76% of the students from the Department of Japanese believed the university courses can help them with their career planning, 65% of them believed the university courses are designed according to the demands in the job fields, 60% of them believed they can learn some job-related and practical knowledge from the university courses, only 40% of them believed the professional courses can help them with their career, 80% of the agreed the professional courses can improve their knowledge and skills required in the job fields, and as many as 90% of them believed they should learn a second skill. Their learning performance in reading in the Department of Japanese was the best, while that in speaking was the weakest. And they believed the course content in relation to English and computer skills must be improved. 75% of the students were satisfied with what they had learned in the Department of Japanese, but only 40% of them were confident that what they had learned can meet the demands in the job fields. University students are now facing Teachers from the Department of Japanese who are willing to make changes can try to adjust their courses and teaching contents in order to improve their students’ career skills. |
