中文摘要 | 熱休克蛋白質(heat shock protein, HSP)在體內扮演重要的角色,其可幫助或保護細胞和生物體在遭遇體外或體內較惡劣環境時免於受到太大的損傷甚至死亡,並可抵禦外界壓力源對個體組織細胞的攻擊,增強個體的適應能力,甚至因為細胞內HSP的堆積,有助於降低發炎細胞激素產物的生成,而可以進一步調節免疫反應;在熱休克蛋白家族中,以Heatshock protein 72(HSP72)被認為與運動訓練的負荷以及損傷的監測有極大的相關性,本篇主要探討在不同運動負荷狀況下對HSP72反應狀況的影響,以及針對HSP72之檢測方法進行討論,期望做為未來運動訓練科學上針對訓練監測方法之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Heat shock proteins (HSP) are highly conserved proteins that are expressed both constitutively and under stressful conditions. HSPs are classified by molecular weight and grouped into families. The HSP 70 family consists of proteins with a molecular mass, a specific member of the HSP 70 family, will be the main focus in this article because it exists as a highly inducible isoform that has important physiological effects. The HSP72 production in serum and tissues is dependent on the exercise duration and intensity, that eHSP72 elevation is accompanied by parallel increases in cytokine levels and in biomarkers for oxidative stress. This article describes the HSP72 response to exercise in relation to the tissue assayed (i.e. skeletal muscle) and the origin of the sample (serum). Collectively, the reviewed studies reveal exciting and novel research that encourages future investigation in exercise training monitor. |
