| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討智能障礙學生參與適應體育活動之成效探討,整理國內近年來體能運動及休閒身體活動對於智能障礙學生的效益,及提供智能障礙學生的適應體育方法及策略,主要研究方法為文獻探討,其結果為適應體育的介入,對於身心障礙者而言,有莫大的助益,諸於體適能、柔軟度、身體協調性、平衡感等。俾供實務中的特教教師、體育教師及其他相關專業人員在施行適應體育教學之參考,期能提升智能障礙學生參與體育相關活動的意願,並從中獲得更多運動的益處。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of students with intellectual developmental disabilities to participate in adapted physical education and collect the literatures about the benefits of physical activity and leisure activity for students with intellectual developmental disabilities in domestic. It can provide the teaching methods and strategies to special education teachers, physical education teachers and others who related professionals in the implementation of adapted physical education. Hoping to enhance the students with intellectual developmental disabilities to participate in sports-related activities will, and derive more benefits of exercise. |
