中文摘要 | 本研究以原位分析儀觀察SUJ2軸承鋼磷元素在連鑄大鋼胚的偏析情形,及其對碳、鉻等元素在鑄胚橫截面d/4處的偏析影響。結果發現:磷含量在150ppm以上時,對鑄胚磷元素最大偏析度的影響大,不利於後續加工性。且對鑄胚磷元素最大偏析處之碳與鉻偏析度的影響大,因而該處形成大型共晶碳化物的機率也大。所以上游冶煉製程對鋼液磷含量應規範在150ppm以下。本研究分別加強鐵水前處理與轉爐製程的脫磷效果,使得兩年以來符合上述磷含量規範的爐次,已達成約90%的合格率。並且,本公司於2014年也通過了日本軸承製造公司的認證,列為汽、機車等保安高品級軸承鋼材的合格供應商。 |
英文摘要 | The influence of phosphorus content on its segregation in continuous-casting bloom of suj2 bearing steel was observed by original position analyzer (OPA). The segregation of carbon and chromium in d/4 cross-section area of bloom was also investigated. Results showed that the segregation of phosphorus, carbon and chromium and the occurrence of big eutectic carbide could be drastically increased when the phosphorus content was higher than 150 ppm. Therefore, the dephosphorization techniques including both the hot metal pretreatment and the BOF process were developed. The heat ratio of phosphorus content less than 150ppm was reached to about 90% of the last two years. |
