英文摘要 | High Cr cast iron tube rolls have been manufactured by the novel spray forming technology. Optimization of process parameters has between well studied in six experiments. The microstructural scale of the spray-formed materials is finer than the conventionally cast one. The coarse and interlinked eutectic carbides in conventionally cast materials are larger than 100μm, but the finer and distributed eutectic carbides in spray-formed material are about 2~10μm. The surfaces of spray-formed tube rolls are smooth and the porosity is less than 1%. The cold layered deposition structure, Rockwell C hardness distribution from beginning position to finished one, EDS quantitative analysis of carbides were all discussed. |
