中文摘要 | 在1H MRS定量方法上,相對定量可能會造成一定程度的誤差而造成在評估新陳代謝物質濃度時的錯誤。基於這個原因,在這篇研究中使用絶對定量法之外部濃度參考法定量人體肝臟脂肪濃度。實驗步驟可分為假體驗證及受試者實驗階段。在假體驗證上,使用GE MRS-HD-Sphere phantom以及外部參考純水放置於磁場中心。使用GE 3.0 T掃描儀器,假設在體線圈靈敏度均勻分佈的情況下,利用絶對定量法之外部水濃度參考法來求得GE MRS phantom及人體肝臟的水及脂肪濃度。經過填零、去趾化、相位校正、基準線校正、Marquardt fitting後處理MRS的資料而得到頻峰面積後再利用關係式Cphantom/Cbottle=Aphantom/Abottle再加上對T1訊號部分飽和及T2訊號衰減問題、對訊號貢獻的含氫數目的校正參數而得到在GE MRSphantom 內水及及人體肝臟的水及脂肪濃度。外部參考純水的T1和T2值為5次測量值,分別為2971 ± 315 msec及1613 ± 120 msec (Mean ± SD)。GE MRS phantom內水的T1和T2值為5次測量值,分別為373 ± 21 msec及309 ± 29 msec。在17次的假體實驗得到GE MRS phantom 水的濃度為52.4 ± 4.3 M (Mean ± SD)。在5位受試者肝臟內水及脂肪濃度的實驗中,得到水的濃度為17 ± 13 M,脂肪的濃度為55.8 ± 44.9 mM (Mean ± SD)。 |
英文摘要 | In 1H Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy quantification method, relative quantification method may introduce substantial errors and lead to misinterpretation of spectral data and to erroneous metabolite values. For this reason, this study used the external reference method of absolute quantification methods to quantitate liver fat in this study. The measurements were performed on GE 3.0 Tesla MR System. Assumed a homogeneity of the body coil situation that by use the absolute quantitation method of external concentration reference method to obtain the concentration of water in the phantom and concentration of water and fat in the liver. There are phantom verify and volunteer experimental stage in this experiment. First, in the phantom verify stage. GE MRS-HD-Sphere phantom and the external reference water were positioned side by side in the magnetic field. The spectral data of the voxels were acquired from phantom and external reference water, respectively. The spectral data processed by zero filling, apodization, phase correction, baseline correction and Marquardt fitting. Then using the relative formula: Cphantom/Cbottle=Aphantom/Abottle and calibration factor to obtain the concentration of water in the phantom and the concentration of water as well as fat in the liver. The T1 and T2 mean value and standard deviation of the external reference water and GE MRS phantom in five measurement were 2971 ± 315 msec ; 1613 ± 120 msec and 373 ± 21 msec ; 309 ± 29 msec, respectively. The concentration of water in the phantom in seventeen experiments was 52.4 ± 4.3 M (Mean ± SD). In the volunteer experimental stage, concentrations of liver water and fat in five volunteers are 17.0 ± 13 M, 55.8 ±44.9 mM (Mean ± SD), respectively. |
