中文摘要 | 相較於傳統單純的單光子斷層(SPET)造影,SPET/CT造影提供了清楚的解剖位置資訊以及更精確的衰減校正係數(attenuation correction factor; ACF),供SPET所需之電腦斷層衰減校正(computed tomography attenuation correction)所用。目前臨床使用的SPET/CT掃瞄儀在設計上多半為雙探頭閃爍攝影機(scintillation camera with dual detector)搭配多切面電腦斷層(multi detector computed tomography scanner; MDCT)或是搭配整合式電腦斷層儀(intergraded CT),本次案例報告即針對今年八月份一例進行Tc-99m-scolloid肝脾掃瞄病例,因SPET/CT之整合式CT之特性,導致因呼吸動作出現假影在肝臟上出現CTAC異常的案例提出討論。在停用CTAC,改用數學方法進行衰減校正後,排除了CTAC假影造成的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Comparing with tradition single photon emission computed tomography (SPET), the CT of SPET/CT plays a roles to provide anatomical information and attenuation correction factor (ACF) by computed tomography attenuation (CTAC) to the images of SPET. In the present day, most designs of SPET/CT would be a dual-head scintillation camera collocating with a multi detector computed tomography (MDCT) or an integrated CT. This article focused on a clinical case of liver SPET scan using Tc-99m sulfur colloid. Both respiratory artifacts and improper CTAC were caused by some properties of integrated CT and resulted in the abnormal findings shown on the region of liver. Finally, it has observably changed when the improper CTAC data was corrected by the mathematic attenuation correction method. |
