| 中文摘要 | 排尿性膀胱輸尿管攝影(voiding cystourethrogram, VCUG),在診斷小兒膀胱輸尿管逆流(vesicoureteral reflux, VUR)上佔一重要角色,而膀胱輸尿管逆流是造成慢性腎臟病、腎萎縮、高血壓、腎瘢痕化(renal scar)的主要原因,嚴重者甚至演變成腎病末期(end-stage renal disease, ESRD)。此研究主要是了解當兒童發生泌尿道感染時,膀胱輸尿管逆流的發生比率,而可當成提前治療預防腎臟病變的一診斷。在研究中發現182位泌尿道感染患者中,有72位發生膀胱輸尿管逆流發生比率為40%,所以當幼兒時常發燒而尿液檢驗中發現有泌尿道感染時,經由超音波檢查後發現有水腫或是急性腎盂腎炎的時候,應給予安排VCUG排尿性膀胱輸尿管攝影檢查以確定是否有VUR的情形產生。 |
| 英文摘要 | Vescioureteral reflux (VUR) is the the major cause of chronic renal disease, renal atrophy, hypertension, and renal scar in young children, even evolving into end stage renal disease in the most serious conditions. The goal of this study is to find out the incidence rate of VUR in children with UTI, and therefore giving treatment beforehand in order to prevent veflux nephropathy. In this review study, 182 patients diagnosed as having UTI underwent the VCUG examination and VUR was noted in 72 patients. The VUR incidence rate in pediatric UTI patient was 40%. Consequently, when infants suffered from frequent fever, UTI hydronephrosis or acute pyelonephritis showed by renal echo, VCUG should be arranged to diagnose the possiblity VUR. |
