中文摘要 | 本研究以全台灣唯一一座低海拔熱帶林場-新化國家植物園區為研究基地,欲探討登山健行者在投入自身愛好的登山健行活動時,對其活動場所(place)的認同感(identity)及依賴(dependence)程度,以及其他使用者不當行為對個人心理層面的影響;採用問卷調查來進行登山健行者資料的收集,共計發放400份問卷,剔除無效問卷,總計回收有效問卷為336份。結果顯示,在新化國家植物園區從事登山健行活動之遊客中,以男性、已婚者居多,有相當高的比例屬於中老年齡層、中等教育程度與中等所得者,並以從事服務業、製造業與零售者居多。此地之遊客大多以登山健行為主要的休閒活動,常與親朋好友結伴同行。另外,由結構方程模型(Structural equation modeling)的分析結果也可發現,對於涉入(involvement)程度較深的登山健行者,其對遊憩地的依戀(attachment)程度也越高,且其對擁擠知覺(perceived crowding)、使用衝突(user conflict)與不友善行為的反應也較為強烈。因此,管理單位應積極建立優質的登山健行環境以滿足登山健行者的功能性需求與情感性認同,進而使登山健行者發展出負責任的環境行為(environmentally responsible behavior),甚至能影響其他登山健行者培養愛護山林環境的良好習慣。 |
英文摘要 | The research was conducted at the Shinhua national forest arboretum, the only low-altitude tropical forest in Taiwan. This study investigated mountain hikers' place identity and dependence when they are involved in their favorite activity as well as the effects of other place users' improper deeds on them. The study data were collected through a survey administered to hikers visiting this forest station. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 336 responses were obtained. The results showed that the majority of hikers at Shinhua national forest arboretum are male and married, and a high proportion of them are in middle or senior ages, with an intermediate level of education and income, and engaged in service, manufacturing or retailing industry. Besides, most visitors come here for hiking and usually with friends or relatives. The results from SEM suggested that hikers with a higher level of activity involvement have a higher level of place attachment and stronger reactions to perceived crowding, user conflict, and unfriendly behavior of other visitors. Therefore, the authority concerned should be more active in building a high-quality hiking environment to satisfy the functional needs and emotional identity of hikers, and influenced the hikers to develop environmentally responsible behavior, and let them further influence others to form the habit of protecting the forest environment. |
