| 中文摘要 | 人們使用社交網路Facebook(以下簡稱FB)的頻率愈來愈高,FB 已經成為組織成員 非正式溝通的重要工具。本研究的目的在探討職場員工是否與主管為FB 好友,對他知 覺主管支持與組織公民行為的影響,並分析員工性別對員工是否為為主管FB 好友與知 覺主管支持及組織公民行為關聯性的調節效果,以及員工性別對員工知覺主管支持與組 織公民行為關聯性的調節效果。本研究分析197 份對偶問卷,獲得以下研究發現。首先, 女性員工與主管為FB 好友的比例高於男性員工;其次,與主管為FB 好友的員工知覺主 管支持與組織公民行為均高於與主管非FB 好友者;最後,男性員工是否為主管FB 好友 與組織公民行為的正向關聯性高於女性員工,並且,男性員工知覺主管支持與組織公民 行為的正向關聯性高於女性員工。本文討論研究發現的理論價值與實務管理意涵。 |
| 英文摘要 | The social networking site Facebook (FB) has increased in popularity among people. FB has become a crucial informal communication tool for organization members. This study investigates the effects that being FB friends with a supervisor has on employees’ perceived supervisor support (PSS) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The moderating effects that employee gender has on the relationship between being FB friends with a supervisor and OCB were also analyzed. This study analyzed 197 dyadic questionnaires and obtained the following results: First, the proportion of female employees who were FB friends with a supervisor was higher than that of male employees. Second, the PSS and OCB of employees who were FB friends with a supervisor were higher than those of employees who were not FB friends with a supervisor. Finally, the positive correlation between being FB friends with a supervisor and OCB was stronger for male employees than for female employees. And, the positive correlation between PSS and OCB was stronger for male employees than for female employees. This paper also discusses the theoretical value and practical management implications of the research findings. |
