英文摘要 | Reviewing the past, BES Engineering Corporation (BES) participated in several major infrastructure projects, such as the Ten Major Construction Projects of the 1970s, the Fourteen Major Construction Projects of the 1980s, and the Six-year National Development Plan of the 1990s. Stepping into the 21st century, BES continues to play an active role in Taiwan construction. Taking MRT construction for example, BES designed custom internet-based systems which used creative e-technology and were integrated with enterprise resources to fulfill construction contract requirements. The Construction Management Informatics System is not only able to share knowledge but also to update information. When carrying out this contract, BES accumulated engineering expertise and efficiently managed project progress, enabling it to improve project quality and increase competitiveness. |
