中文摘要 | 防己藥材基原為防己(Stephania tetrandra S. Moore)之乾燥塊根,惟「木防己 湯」則需使用木防己(Cocculus orbiculatus (L.) DC.),另有易混淆藥材如青風藤 (Sinomenium acutum Rehder et Wilson)、廣防己(Aristolochia fangchi Y.C Wu ex L.D. Chou et S. M. Hwang)及瘤枝微花藤Iodes seguini (H. Lév.) Rehd⋯等。利用比對ITS序 列鑑定共20件標示防己或粉防己之藥材,其中2件藥材檢體未檢出防己藥材序列。依 此段序列設計防己專一性引子對,可得約300鹼基對之產物,並以Nested PCR鑑定共 19件單方或複方防己製劑,亦有2件未檢出防己藥材序列。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the similar appearance or Chinese name, there are several medicinal materials easily confused with stephaniae tetrandrae radix (fangji, Stephania tetrandra S. Moore), including Cocculus orbiculatus (L.) DC., Sinomenium acutum Rehder et Wilson., Aristolochia fangchi Y.C Wu ex L.D. Chou et S. M. Hwang, Iodes seguini (H. Lév.) Rehd and so on. By sequencing amplified ITS sequence, of 20 raw material samples, 18 were identified as S. tetrandra, one S. acutum and one I. seguini. Based on ITS sequences of fangji and those confusing materials, primers specific for S. tetrandra were designed and have the PCR product of nearly 300 bp. The result of Nested PCR with S. tetrandra -specific primers showed 17 out of 19 sample preparations contained S. tetrandra. |
