中文摘要 | 本研究主要在了解我國高中以上優秀女子籃球教練領導行為的型態,並進一步探討教練領導行為與團隊效能的關係。以高中以上女子籃球選手共306名為研究對象,採用「籃球運動員意見量表」為研究工具進行調查。所獲得資料,經描述性統計、pearson積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計分析處理,所得結果如下: 1.我國優秀女子籃球選手知覺的教練領導行為涵蓋三個因素,即「才德領導」、「威權領導」與「關懷領導」等。 2.球員知覺教練領導行為之「才德領導」及「關懷領導」與團隊效能呈顯著正相關。「威權領導」與團隊滿意度呈顯著負相關。 3.全體球員知覺教練領導行為對「團隊滿意度」具有顯著的預測力,其中「威權領導」對團隊滿意度具有負向的預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the leadership patterns of female basketball team coaches, anddescribe the relationship between leadership and team efficacy. 306 high school female basketball athletes were involved as subjects. ‘Basketball athletes Questionnaire’ was used for investigation. Data were analyzed by description statistics, Pearson correlation and Step-wise regression. The result revealed as following: 1. The athlete-perceived leadership patterns of the coaches included authoritarian leadership, moral leadership and benevolence leadership. 2. Athlete-perceived moral leadership and benevolence leadership were positively related to team efficacy. Authoritarian leadership was negatively related to team satisfaction. 3. Athlete-perceived coach leadership showed significant anticipatory ability to team satisfaction. Authoritarian leadership showed negative anticipatory ability to team satisfaction. |
