中文摘要 | 毛細泵吸環路簡稱CPL是一種具有雙相流特性及高效率熱傳性的熱控制環路,非常適合做為複雜的人造衛星或太空的電子元件溫控使用。本研究主要目的為設計一CPL環路並探討環路操作時其蒸發部、冷凝部及儲槽等元件之間熱流特性及相互影響,實驗結果顯示環路操作可分為三種模式包含正常操作模式,乾化模式與溢流模式。 |
英文摘要 | The Capillary Pumped Loop (CPL) is the most efficient thermal control loop that has been developed by using the characteristics of two-phase flow, so it is very suitable as the thermal management device for advanced spacecraft. This paper presents details of the operating conditions of the CPL, and the relation of evaporator, condenser, reservoir is also discussed. The experiment results also show the phenomenon of CPL in operation under normal, dry-out and flooding mode. |
