中文摘要 | 建立畢業生資料庫與流向追蹤機制已被教育部與高等教育評鑑中心列為學校(系科)的重要考核指標。技專校院學校系科本位課程之改革,摒除以往以教師為本位或以教師專長為中心之課程教學發展模式,結合產學觀點與系科產業定位,以建立學校特色與培育產業人才需求為宗旨。歐美等先進國家在發展高等教育改革與職涯教育方面,也認為大專校院畢業生的就業力是重要的思考方向與重要的討論議題。本研究採文獻收集與分析方式,參酌教育部「醫事與藥理學群」學校系科本位課程發展模式,以慈濟技術學院醫學影像暨放射科學系(原放射技術系更名)為例,從畢業生就業面向與技職養成教育,探討畢業生基本資料庫建置與流向追蹤管理,作為回饋學校系科本位課程與教學之改善與依據。研究探討內容主要包含:一、建置數位化學習歷程檔案系統平台。二、學生選課課程地圖規劃與導引。三、職涯教育及生涯探索規劃。四、補救教學與專業證照輔導。研究範圍限制於四年制技術學院或科技大學技職教育體系,研究結果並提出結論與建議,包含:一、提升學生外語表達溝通能力機制。二、學生實務專題製作融入課程與教學設計。三、深耕學生人文素養。四、提升教師實務能力與教學品質。 |
英文摘要 | Setting up the mechanism of graduate database and graduate mobility had been already adopted one of the important indicators of university education evaluation by the Examination Institute and Ministry of Education in Taiwan. The reformation of school-centered department curriculum for the institutes / universities of technology has given up the type of curriculum development in a compromised teacher-centered courses, and combined with the industrial demand and the departmental position of industry . Additionally, the graduates' employability of developing higher educational reform and career education are also the concerned topics in Euro-America countries.The researcher adopted literature review, collecting and analyzing related literature. Referring the model of school-centered department curriculum for the institutes/universities of technology by Ministry of Education and opinions of the experts from panel discussions by the group of medical welfare and pharmacological departments. The department of medical imaging and radiological science, Tzu-chi College of Technology was discussed as an example in this work.The purposes of this study include as follows: setting up the e-portfolio system for students and teachers, establishing departmental curriculum map's guidance, career education and explore, after-school tutor program and professional license guidance. The research is within the confines of the four years completion program in a colleges and /or universities. Advanced recommendation was also proposed. |
