中文摘要 | 技專校院學校系科本位課程之改革,摒除以往以教師為本位或以教師專長為中心之 課程教學發展模式,結合產學觀點與系科產業定位,以建立學校特色與培育產業人才需 求為宗旨。發展出各類科課程目標與跨系科整合課程或模組,並特別重視學生職涯規劃 及培養學生就業能力。本研究參採2005 年度教育部規劃公告之學校本位系科課程之內 涵,以及全國技職體系「醫事與藥理學群」醫事放射師專業類科分類,以慈濟技術學院 放射技術系所建立之「系科本位課程」架構為例,探討我國技專校院系科本位課程發展 模式。 研究方法採文獻收集與分析方式,並依循「醫事與藥理學群」課程發展專家會議方 式進行。研究內容,包含:一、產學合作與產業發展特色。二、系科類群規劃與人力培 育。三、運用能力分析。四、技職體系一貫課程。五、課程評鑑。研究範圍限制於四年 制技術學院或科技大學技職教育體系,研究結果並提出結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The reformation of school-centered deparment curriculum for the Instituties / Universities of Technology has given up the type of curriculum development in a compromised way or of teacher-centered courses, and combined with the industrial demand and the departmental position of industry .The aim of school-centered deparment curriculum is mainly to build up the character of school as well as cultivating industry professionals, and to develop the teaching objects of curriculum and the cross-department integrated courses or templates. We evaluated the model of curriculum development according to the division of medical welfare and pharmacology department, and the content of school-centered deparment curriculum announced by the Ministry of Education in 2005. An example of department of radiological technology, Tzu-Chi College of Technology was as a case to discuss in this work. The researcher adopted literature review, collecting and analyzing related literature. Referring to the opinions of the experts from panel discussions by the group of medical welfare and pharmacological departments. The purposes of this study include as follows: industrial-academic cooperation, setting up or adjusting a department, competency analyzing and establishing, connective courses of technical and vocational education, and curriculum examination. The research is within the confines of the four years completion program in a colleges and /or universities. |
