中文摘要 | 如何提供優質並改善目前醫療照護品質是醫療人員持續努力的目標, Healthcare Matrix (健康照護矩陣 )為2005年由美國賓漢等學者提出,以六大核心能力與六大品質指標理論基礎所建構成的評估矩陣。我們藉由此評估法運用在臨床藥學教育上,讓藥學生透過案例分析、檢討並思考,與集思廣義品質改善之道。學員回饋評估顯示:課程滿意度 9.64 ± 0.69、專業度 9.54 ± 0.8、前後測得分 32.46 ± 17.34/61.58 ± 14.34,進度幅度 89.7%。運用健康照護矩陣於品質改善教學上是可評量的工具,即使是實習生對全方面的醫療照護也可以有極佳的貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | How to provide high quality and improve the quality of healthcare has been a continuing objective. In 2005,Bingham et al based on ACGME six core competencies in training and theoretical basis of the six quality indicators are constructed to the evaluation matrix. With such an assessment tool used in clinical pharmacy training, so interns through case studies, review and thinking. Students assess of feedback after class: Student assessment professional score is 9.54±0.8 points, and 9.64±0.69 points to the whole satisfaction of course. The Healthcare Matrix is an effective tool for teaching the competencies in patient care. |
