| 中文摘要 | 我國天然環境條件嚴苛,因此進行離岸風場開發時,須針對天然環境需求進行發電設施與支承基礎結構之設計與驗證,以期滿足風場開發商、營運單位、保險公司以及社會大眾對安全性與可靠度之要求,歐洲先進國家之離岸風場多透過取得第三方單位之驗證作為風場安全之保障。離岸風機支承基礎結構為各元件中最有可能降低成本之單元,且支承基礎的受力行為會直接影響發電機組之發電效率,故離岸風機開發單位皆以設計低成本與安全之支承基礎結構為目標。本文說明離岸風場整體設計與型式驗證、計畫驗證之相關性,並針對支承基礎結構設計流程加以敘述,提供國內離岸風場開發參考,以滿足現有離岸風機設計規範與我國環境條件需求。 |
| 英文摘要 | Design certification for supporting structure of offshore wind turbine is the key issue of offshore wind farm development. Due to harsh conditions of the natural environment, type certification for power generation units as well as site specified design assessment of the foundation and supporting structure for offshore wind turbine is urgently needed in Taiwan. Safety and cost efficiency of supporting structures are important factors to be considered, for the reason that dynamic behaviors of supporting structures may directly have an impact on the power production of offshore wind turbine and the cost of supporting structures is most likely to be reduced among all units. In this study, design certification and design procedure of supporting structures are suggested for domestic offshore wind farm development. |
