| 中文摘要 | 離岸風力發電為過去十年國際再生能源發展的主流,國內屬起步階段,借助國外案例經驗可加速國內發展。本文從實務應用角度淺論離岸風力基礎設計議題,包括基礎形式之決定、異於一般基礎設計的關鍵程序、支撐結構動力分析、材料疲勞特性與反覆側向荷重對於基礎長期行為反應等。文中透過目前占比七成以上的大口徑單樁基礎形式,進行簡化設計程序介紹,以提供工程實務參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Offshore wind power deployment has become the mainstream in the renewable energy industry in the last decade. It is just the beginning to develop the offshore wind farm in Taiwan and the foreign experience will accelerate the development. In this paper, a state-of-the-practice introduction of the foundation design of offshore wind turbines was presented. The determination of foundation type, the key steps of design process, the dynamic analysis of support structure, the fatigue characteristics of material, and the long-term response of monopile due to cyclic lateral loading were discussed. The design process of monopile foundation based on simplified dynamic model was also presented. |
