| 中文摘要 | 根據目前的法規,太陽能模組廠商必須保證20~30年的產品壽命。因此,產品的可靠度尤其重要。在運送過程中引發的機械振動對太陽能模組或電池會造成耗損,引起模組產生破裂、脫框或電池產生微裂痕與破片等瑕疵。因此在產品運送前,必須先做振動測試模擬以確保產品在何種包裝及運送環境條件下受損率最低,是降低成本及提高產品可靠度的最佳作法。為了深入瞭解太陽光電產品運輸測試未來標準需求,本文嘗試從ISTA及ASTM國際運輸規範分析著手,由過去僅重視包裝運輸安規的振動或衝擊測試開始;接著比較SEMI新發布標準(PV23-1011、PV38-0912)中增加太陽光電電池和模組在模擬運輸振動測試前後所需的電性及瑕疵量測方法,可具體分析運輸外力及包裝不良造成太陽光電產品性能及瑕疵影響;以及SEMI新包裝技術標準草案(Doc. 5384、Doc. 5431)發展。最後檢視IEC 62759標準草案,為了保證太陽光電產品運輸後品質,將增加風壓測試及環境熱機械應力測試。雖環境測試需較長測試時間,但未來在有效考量其他環境劣化加速因子(光、溫度、濕度、壓力、振動)影響下,可完整預估太陽光電產品可靠度及耐候性。 |
| 英文摘要 | For c-Si technology, one of the current technological problems is to identify and eliminate the sources of mechanical defects such as thermo-elastic stress and cracks leading to the loss of wafer integrity and ultimate breakage of as-grown and processed Si wafers and cells. The cell breakage mostly depends on the stresses induced in the processing, handling and transportation, and also depends on the presence of defects such as cracks. This paper tries to address the coming Standards demand for PV products during shipping. Transportation Standards of ISTA and ASTM only focused on packaging safety issues according with vibration or shock testing. SEMI newly Standards (PV23-1011, PV38-0912) have been added the required performance and EL tests for solar products before and after the simulated transport vibration test. The other SEMI drafts (Doc. 5384, Doc. 5431) are also developing technical criteria related to PV wafer, cell and module package performance. Furthermore, IEC 62759 (draft) works wind pressure test and environmental thermo-mechanical stress test in order to guarantee the quality of photovoltaic products after transport. Although environmental testing will take longer testing time, solar products can be estimated the reliability and life time completely, under consideration the influence of other environmental degradation acceleration factors like light, temperature, humidity, pressure and vibration etc. |
