中文摘要 | 銦錫氧化物-銀-銦錫氧化物(ITO/Ag/ITO)複層結構的透光導電薄膜,由於銀薄膜的低電阻率以及複層薄膜抗反射結構,ITO/Ag/ITO透明導電薄膜成為太陽電池透明電極的最佳選擇。有機金屬的鈣鈦礦結構(CH_3NH_3PbI_3)太陽電池,由於高的光電轉換效率及簡單的元件結構, 鈣鈦礦結構太陽電池具有超越矽晶太陽電池的市場應用潛力。本研究利用ITO/Ag/ITO膜層厚度最佳化設計結合四層介電膜的抗反射鍍膜, 透光導電基板的可見光範圍平均穿透率90~85%,片電阻4.5~2.8 Ω/□。運用旋轉依序濺鍍法鍍製緻密的奈米複層結構, 配合快速退火處理可以有效增加透明電極抵抗水氣的能力,ITO/Ag/ITO透明電極成功應用在鈣鈦礦結構太陽電池製作,電池的開路電壓0.99 V、閉路電流密度13.05 mA/cm^2、功率轉換效率7.63%。 |
英文摘要 | Multi-layer ITO/Ag/ITO transparent conductive films are strong candidates for the fabrication of transparent electrodes in solar cell devices due to the low resistivity of the silver and anti-reflective properties of the multilayer structure. Organometal perovskite (CH_3NH_3PbI_3) solar cells may one day replace silicon solar cells, due to their high power conversion efficiency and simple structure. This study sought to optimize the structure thickness of ITO/Ag/ITO through the anti-reflective coatings. Rotational-sequential-sputtering was used for the fabrication of a dense ITO/Ag/ITO nano-multilayer film, the moisture resistance of which was enhanced by applying rapid thermal annealing. The average transmittance of the resulting transparent conductive substrate was 90~85% in the visible range with a low sheet resistance 4.5~2.8 Ω/□. Experiment results demonstrate the efficacy of the ITO/Ag/ITO transparent electrode in perovskite solar cells, which produce an open-circuit voltage of 0.99 V, close-circuit current density of 13.05 mA/cm^2, and power conversion efficiency of 7.63%. |
