中文摘要 | 隨著磊晶技術日益成熟,串疊式三五族化合物太陽能電池之高轉換效率獲得各界矚目,在各種太陽能電池中,串疊式三五族太陽能電池能在相同面積下能獲得最高的能量轉換,因此特別適合作為太空飛行器的動力來源,除磊晶技術與磊晶結構上的改善,電極結構設計對於串疊式三五族化合物太陽能電池之特性提升是另一項重點,本文主要綜整近年相繼提出應用於串疊式三五族化合物太陽能電池之電極結構發展,以更充分發揮串疊式三五族化合物太陽能電池之特性,像是藉由不同圖案化結構改善電極對於光生載子汲取能力,應用全透明式電極結構增加太陽光入射光量,提出兼具高透光性與載子汲取能力之混合式電極結構設計等。 |
英文摘要 | Since the mature epitaxial technology, high conversion efficiency tandem-type III-V compound solar cells were fabricated and attracted attention. Among various solar cells, the tandem-type III-V compound solar cells have the highest energy conversion in the same area. Therefore, the tandemtype III-V compound solar cells are particularly suitable as the power source of the spacecraft. Except for the improvement of the epitaxial technology and structure, the electrode structure design for promoting the performances of the tandem-type III-V compound solar cells is another crucial issue. In this paper, the recent development of the electrode structures applied to enhance the characteristics of tandem-type III-V compound solar cells was sequentially presented such as the different patterned structures designed for improving the extraction capacity of photo-generated carriers, the transparent electrode structure for increasing the amount of incident sunlight, and the proposed hybrid electrode structure with the low shadow area and the high carrier extraction capability. |
