中文摘要 | 本研究是以奈米銀紗為緯紗,一般棉紗為經紗,在梭織物打樣機製備出各種不同奈米銀紗比例的雙層織物,比較奈米銀紗/棉紗雙層織物的抗菌除臭、蓄熱保溫、電阻度、色差等性能。經研究結果可知,在色差方面,織物白度會因奈米銀紗比例增加而受到影響,而雙層織物能讓奈米銀紗不影響染色結果。在機能性方面,雙層織物的表面溫度會因裡層奈米銀量的增加而有所提升,但保溫性能則下降;雙層織物導電性隨奈米銀紗比例增加而增加,但無法達到抗電磁波功能。在抗菌性方面,100%奈米銀紗為緯紗之雙層織物仍不具抗菌功能。 |
英文摘要 | The double layer composite fabrics textured by the various ratios of nano silver yarn as the weft and the cotton yarn as the warp with sampling weave machine which are investigated. Compared to the characteristics includes antibacterial, heat preservation, conductivity and color strength for the double layer nano silver/cotton composite fabrics is evaluated. The whiteness of double layer nano silver yarn and cotton yarn composite fabrics are affected by the higher nano silver, but the dyeing property is merely influence. The effect of surface temperature tends to increase with the extent of nano silver cover layer density and the efficiency of keep warmth illustrates decline. The degree of conductivity of composite fabrics tends to increase with the higher concentration of nano silver but poor function of anti-electromagnetic wave. The double layer fabrics contain 100% nano silver yarn as the weft is not possessed with the performance of antibacterial. |
