| 中文摘要 | 為有效分散奈米粒子,並使得奈米粒子的特性彰顯出來,一直是很重要的課題。最常見奈米顆粒的表面修飾、高分子當分散劑及利用界面活性劑達到分散的效果。poly (Ethylene Glycol),PEG側鏈的兩性高分子,防止奈米顆粒的聚集。梳狀含PEG側鏈的兩性高分子的合成可由下列步驟:坽利用活性聚合法(Nitroxide-Mediated Controlled Radical Polymerization, NMCRP)將氯甲基苯乙烯(Vnyl Benzyl Choloride, VBC)單體聚合。夌將均-聚氯甲基苯乙烯高分子進行碘化與異氫酸鹽化後,得聚異氫酸甲基苯乙烯高分子(h-PVBNCO)。奅異氫酸鹽官能基與單氫氧化基之聚乙二醇反應,形成兩性的接枝高分子(h-PVBN-g-PEGME, PP)。由於PEG高分子或寡聚分子(Oligomer)能夠將銀離子有效地還原銀粒子,但是當奈米銀粒子還原出較大量時,奈米銀粒子的聚集團簇將會出現,最後沉降於溶液中。本研究主要開發側鏈接枝PEG (Mn=2000)的兩性梳狀高分子,溶解度佳,是很好的分散劑,不但能夠分散奈米銀顆粒,更能夠直接還原銀離子,並均勻分散而無聚集叢簇。更進一步可以將均勻分散在高分子中的奈米銀,導入水性PU中,形成均勻、透明含奈米顆粒的PU膜,應用於抗菌材料上的開發。 |
| 英文摘要 | How to disperse the nano particles uniformly in certain matrices in order to acquire desirable properties is the main issue for applications. Generally, the modification of nano particle surface and addition of polymer or surfactant could help dispersing the nano particles in the medium. Therefore, an amphiphilic comb-like polymer grafted with poly ethylene glycol (PEG) is expected to disperse the nano particles uniformly, using the longer side chain to prevent the aggregation phenomenon. The pursuit of developing an amphiphilic comb-like polymer grafted with PEG is approached in these steps: (1) With vinyl benzyl choloride (VBC) monomers as a starting material, the well-controlled polydispersity polymer (PVBC) is obtained via living free radical polymerization (Nitroxide-Mediated Controlled Radical Polymerization, NMCRP). (2) The PVBC is underwent iodination and isocyanation to produce an active isocyanato polymer, PVBNCO. (3)The isocyanato functional group is reactive with monohydroxy-terminal PEGME2000 (Polyethylene Glycol Methyl Ether) to obtain PVBN-g-PEGME (PP). The silver particles aggregate and precipitate when the silver particles are grown plenty in solution or medium, therefore, the PEG-grafted amphiphilic polymer used, PP could not only reduce silver ions via a silver without the addition of reduction agent, butalso disperse nano-silver particles uniformly. Furthermore, the nano-silver-containing polymer solution is added to the waterborne PU to obtain silver-containing PU films. Subsequently, these thin films can be utilized for anti-bacterial applications. |
