中文摘要 | 教練哲學對教練的重要性已受到廣泛認可,因為教練必須要有一致的原則,才能獲得選手的信任。本研究目的為敘說一位菜鳥籃球教練如何建立他本身的教練哲學。本論文採取「故事步驟化」的研究進路,分別從:一、什麼教練故事對身為教練的你是最重要的;二、從本身經驗學習;三、你的教練風格是那種;四、寫下你的教練哲學:總結前三個步驟;與五、活出你的教練哲學,共五個步驟,呈現一位中華民國大專籃球運動聯賽公開二級菜鳥籃球教練,如何透過敘說受傷小子、生日小子、暫停小子、怯場小子、灌籃小子與街頭小子的故事,澄清自身的教練哲學,並進而挖掘出「教練作為陪練員」的意義。 |
英文摘要 | The importance of coaching philosophy is widely recognized because a consisted coaches' behavior can create a trust coach-athlete relationship. This paper aims to narrate the story of the development of a rookie basketball coach's own coaching philosophy. In this paper, following the five steps of developing coaching philosophy (i.e. identify which coaching story is most important to you, learn from your own experiences, what is your coaching style, discover your coaching philosophy, and keep it visible and alive), it presented the story written by a Taiwan University Basketball Association [UBA] Division II coach who expressed his personal coaching philosophy in a way that is firmly rooted in his coaching practice events of injury, dropout, time-out, roster, and game strategy. Finally, this paper concludes the meaning of "coaches as training partners." |
