中文摘要 | 捲對捲技術是一種使用在印刷製程上的送料技術;利用捲軸傳送薄膜並藉由糾偏控制器來達到精密定位的目的。近年來,越來越多的設備使用捲對捲印刷技術來大規模的生產電子產品。 在文獻[1]中,針對定速度操作情況下,PID模糊控制器已經可以找出一組最佳的歸屬函數,其尋邊精度也控制在允許範圍內。在抑制干擾方面,本控制器比PID控制器表現更佳。因此本文的研究目標可視為延續[1]的研究成果,針對捲對捲系統在速度變化的情況下,自行調整歸屬函數且符合尋邊精度要求。利用大量的實驗與迴歸分析方法,找出在定速度下之最佳歸屬函數資料與變動速度下之擬合曲線。最後利用LabVIEW程式作即時控制硬體。如此一來,即使系統操作在變動速度的情況下就能使誤差維持在需要的精度以內。另ㄧ方面,針對降低控制器成本,FPGA晶片將被設計。 |
英文摘要 | Roll to Roll (R2R) technology is a printing process on the feeding technique. With the lateral controller, the roll transmits the film to achieve precise positioning of the feeding technology. In recent years, more and more devices have been mass-produced with the R2R printing technology for electronic products. In literature [1], an optimal set of membership functions has been found in the fuzzy controller under a given reference speed in which its accuracy has been controlled within an allowable range. As for suppressing the perturbation, the performance of the proposed controller has done better than its PID counterpart. Therefore, the purpose of this research can be viewed as the extension of [1]. The membership function can be aligned and the accuracy requirement is satisfied when the reference speed varies in the R2R system. Many experiments and regression analysis will be conducted to find the best information on the membership functions and the fitted curve under variable speed. Finally, the LabVIEW is used for real-time control of the hardware. Thus, the tracking error can still be maintained within the requirement accuracy even if the system is operating under variable speed. On the other hand, FPGA chip will be designed for reducing the cost of the controller. |
