中文摘要 | 本研究將碳纖維施以適當的前處理,並利用化學沉積方式在碳纖維表面塗覆銅錫合金,可改變碳纖維之表面性質。本文在反應行為方面;以甲醛為還原劑,以酒石酸甲鈉為錯合劑;有系統的研究,探討在碳纖維表面上,以無電鍍銅錫合金之反應現象,並改變反應時間、還原劑濃度、錯合劑濃度、鍍浴濃度、pH 值及溫度,來觀察對反應的影響; 在此獲得較佳鍍率及提高鍍浴穩定性為原則,提出最佳反應條件。再經由EDX (Energy Dispersive X ay) 作碳纖維表面元素分析,SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) 觀察各種不同操作條件碳纖維表面型態,並以接觸角測定表面溼潤性及使用萬能試驗機測試單碳纖維之抗張強度。 |
英文摘要 | After proper pretreatment, the surface of carbon fiber was coated with Copper-Tin by using the chemical deposition method, This paper presents the results of the study on the electroless deposition of Copper in on the surface of carbon fiber. In the study, formaldehyde and sodium hypophosphite monohydrate were used as a reducing agent and as a complexing agent. respectively, The effect of various process paraments such as time、temperature, concentrations, reductant, ligand and pH value on the deposition phenomenon were studied in detail. Optimum bath composition and operating conditions were selected by considering bath stability and high deposition rate without impairing the quality of the coating. By using EDX measurment, it shows that Copper-Tin was coated of the surface of the carbon fiber. Since SEM was also observed, the surface of fiber coated by metal was proved. The tensile strength of the fiber was measured by Tensile tester and the wetting analysis of the surface of fiber was performed by measuring the contact angle. |
