中文摘要 | 背景:護理人員的工作已證實與失眠、下背痛及壓力有關,故改善護理人員生理及心理健康狀況是一項重要課題。目的:本研究旨在探討瑜珈對護理人員失眠、下背痛、壓力及體適能之成效。方法:採單組前後測類實驗研究設計,以方便取樣選自新竹市某醫院之護理人員,共17名。每週提供2次瑜珈訓練,每次60分鐘,共計12週。問卷內容包含基本資料、匹茲堡睡眠品質量表、下背痛視覺類比量表、華人心理健康量表及體適能測量。結果:瑜珈運動12週之後,失眠分數(Mean=4.57,SD=2.56 vs. Mean=7.33,SD=3.22;t=2.70,p=0.02)、下背痛分數(Mean=22.17,SD=3.18 vs. Mean=33.88,SD=24.41;t=2.54,p=0.03)、肌力及肌耐力(Mean=26.69,SD=5.15 vs. Mean=21.68,SD=5.61;t=-4.25,p<0.001)、心肺耐力(Mean=59.82,SD=7.69 vs. Mean=56.22,SD=8.02;t=-2.28,p=.05)及柔軟度(Mean=33.28,SD=2.52 vs. Mean=29.87,SD=9.74;t=-3.08,p=.009)。運動後分數顯著低於運動前分數。結 論:介入瑜珈運動12週,可改善失眠及下背痛,且可提升大部份體適能,此研究皆有明顯效益且擁有正面指標來鼓勵瑜珈對身心益處及養成護理人員規則運動習慣。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Nurses' work has been reported to be associated with insomnia, low back pain and stress. Hence, it is an important issue to improve the physical and psychological health in nurses.Purposes: This study aimed to examine the effect of physical fitness yoga to improve for insomnia, stress, low back pain and physical fitness among nurses.Methods: The researchers recruited a convenience sample from a hospital of Shin-Chu in Taiwan. A one group pre- and post-test quasi-experimental research design was conducted, 17 participants received physical fitness yoga for a total session duration of 60 min, twice a week for 12 weeks. Data were collected using background data, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Chinese Health Questionnaire (CHQ-12), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and the physical fitness.Results: After the 12 weeks of the yoga exercise program, significant differences were found in the subjects' PSQI (Mean=4.57, SD=2.56 vs. Mean=7.33, SD=3.22; t=2.70, p=0.02) and VAS (Mean=22.17, SD=3.18 vs. Mean=33.88, SD=24.41; t=2.54, p=0.03), muscular strength (Mean=26.69, SD=5.15 vs. Mean=21.68, SD=5.61; t=-4.25, p<0.001), cardiopulmonary endurance (Mean=59.82, SD=7.69 vs. Mean=56.22, SD=8.02; t=-2.28, p=.05) and body flexibility (Mean=33.28, SD=2.52 vs. Mean=29.87, SD=9.74; t=-3.08, p=.009). The results showed: post yoga exercise data were significantly lower than pre-exercise.Implication: The yoga exercise program could improve insomnia, low back pain and physical fitness in nurses. It has shown positive effects on physical and psychological health, therefore it is worth to encourage the nurses exercising regularly. |
