| 中文摘要 | 由於過往法令規範不周全,煤礦開採後,大量的廢礦渣未經適當的規劃,就在坑口附近堆棄,造成周圍環境遭受污染,嚴重者甚至引發崩塌等問題,形成日後無窮盡的環境地質災害。臺北市所轄範圍內亦存在54處早年煤礦開採之廢渣堆置地點,由於礦渣地形成的特殊性及其有造成崩塌災害的潛在危險,為防範災害發生於未然,實有必要對礦渣地的特性進行瞭解,並進一步掌握其行為模式以採取有效的整治對策。於本文中首先將介紹臺北市礦渣地的分布、調查與管理概況,接下來說明礦渣堆置的方式與堆積的形貌,以及礦渣堆的工程地質特性,再介紹由臺北市政府工務局大地工程處所辦理的萬山煤礦整治工程案例,期介紹內容能提供類似礦渣地治理之案例參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Because of the incompleteness of laws and regulations before, there is a lot of waste slag heaping up near the mine opening without proper planning after coal mining. And the waste slag will cause the environmental pollution and serious geological disaster in the future. In Taipei City, there are also 54 waste slags heap of coal mining. In order to prevent the geological disaster, it is necessary to survey the characteristic of slag and to further effective remediation strategies. In this study, we will introduce the distribution, investigation, management, and the engineering geological characteristics of the slag in Taipei City. Finally the case study is used to illustrate the procedures of waste slag investigation and remediation. And wish this paper can provide reference for doing the similar job. |
