中文摘要 | 本研究是針對智慧型手機品牌、顧客和產品功能屬性滿意度之研究。本研究目的如下:(1)不同性別對智慧型手機滿意度是否會造成影響?(2)不同年齡對智慧型手機滿意度是否會造成影響?(3)不同學歷對智慧型手機滿意度是否會造成影響?(4)智慧型手機品牌和滿意度是否有關?(5)品牌滿意度較高的智慧型手機有那些?(6)智慧型手機那些產品功能屬性導致其滿意度較高?本研究的研究方法如下:(1)敘述性統計(2)信度分析(3)假設檢定(4)變異數分析(5)獨立性檢定。一般顧客滿意度問卷僅作到滿意度調查,但本研究是針對智慧型手機品牌、顧客和產品功能屬性滿意度之研究,透過問卷分析進一步獲得(1)性別對其智慧型手機滿意度並未呈現顯著差異(2)年齡對智慧型手機滿意度呈現顯著差異(3)學歷對智慧型手機滿意度並未呈現顯著差異(4)不同品牌智慧型手機滿意度有差異(5)品牌滿意度較高的智慧型手機分別為Samsung, Apple iPhone和HTC(6)智慧型手機外觀、擴充性、輸入方式、操作簡易和拍照功能等產品功能屬性,滿意度特別高。最後可作為未來電信業者行銷的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study is a study of smartphone brands, customer attributes, product function attributes and satisfaction. The study goals are following as we wonder (1) whether influence satisfaction for smartphone between men and women. (2) whether influence satisfaction for smartphone among ages. (3) whether influence satisfaction for smartphone among education. (4) whether is related between brands and satisfaction.(5) which brands are higher satisfaction? (6) which product function attributes lead to higher satisfaction? The study methods is following as (1) descriptive statistics. (2) reliability analysis. (3) hypothesis testing. (4) analysis of variance. (5) test of independence. In general, we just survey satisfaction with questionnaires, but this study of smartphone brands, customer and product function attributes satisfaction analyzes questionnaires and obtains (1) there is not different satisfaction between men and women. (2) there is different satisfaction among ages. (3) there is not different satisfaction among education. (4) there is different satisfaction in different smart phone brands. (5) the satisfaction is higher, including Samsung, Apple iphone and HTC. (6) The product function attributes include smartphone aspect, expansion, input method, easy operation and photo functions, and their satisfaction is higher than the other. Finally, smartphone corporations apply them for marketing in the future. |
