中文摘要 | Rumelt (1982) 把企業取得競爭策略之後,用來避免自己的競爭優勢被模仿或被削弱的經濟力量稱之為隔離機制。然而現階段所討論的隔離機制都是從廠商的角度來思考,若要讓隔離機制的運用更完善,本研究主張企業也應該從顧客面去建構隔離機制,並考量動態環境下的隔離機制之規劃。因此,本研究建議企業應結合企業端與顧客端的隔離機制來形成全面性防護的隔離機制,才能讓企業的競爭優勢及高績效得以維護。 |
英文摘要 | Isolating mechanisms can create barriers to impede competitors from imitating resources, capabilities and strategies. The purpose of this study is to define key characteristics that will contribute to effective isolating mechanisms and find out a typology of effective isolating mechanisms. This study identified two types of isolating mechanisms, competitive and customers-based isolating mechanisms. And examples of normative strategies are provided for each type of isolating mechanisms to facilitate their application. |
