中文摘要 | 目的:本研究目的主要藉由六自由度慣性測量單元探討不同鞋子在於助跑頻率、支撐、擺盪及起跳對於成績之影響。方法:以10名現役國中男性跳遠選手,測驗方式為穿著兩類田徑釘鞋與一般運動鞋在全程助跑各跳六次;實驗結果以SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行成對樣本T檢定分析(Paired-Samples T Test)。結果:分析結果顯示步頻時間、支撐時間、擺盪時間皆無差異相關分析部分(p>.05),而起跳時間與跳遠成績皆達顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:從結果中可知,透過六自由度慣性測量單元能讓教練即時辨識運動員在訓練上更細微的動作以達到更有效率的訓練模式,並期望可做為未來在訓練上與選才方法做為參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between spiked shoes and running shoes on running up frequency, support time, foot swing time, takeoff time, and grades in long jump by using inertial measurement units. Methods: Ten junior high school long jump athletes were recruited in present study. All the subjects performed six times long jump by wearing spiked shoes and running shoes respectively. And the IMUs were equipped on the forefeet of the shoes. Paired-Samples T Test was used to test the difference between different shoes. Results: The statistical results indicated that there were no significant differences between shoes in running up frequency, support time, and foot swing time. And the takeoff time and grades were significant shorter by wearing spiked shoes. Conclusion: According the results, the IMU could measure the slight changes of movement pattern of athlete. The coaches can use the IMU as a referee to train effectively. In the future, this device might be used in talent selection in sports and training. |
