中文摘要 | 目的:本研究主要探討女子跳遠選手起跳階段動作特徵對成績表現之影響。方法:以三部每秒60張畫面的攝影機(Canon ZR-60),拍攝2005年國際田徑邀請賽決賽八位選手為受試者,以Dempster(1955)14個肢段、21個關節點的人體模型,透過Kwon3D動作分析器實施二度空間的影片分析。結果與結論:一、選手在著地、緩衝與起跳時重心高度均未與成績有顯著關係,顯示身材高大的選手在成績表現上並沒有絕對的優勢。二、與成績相關方面,僅腿部勁度與成績達顯著相關意義(r=0.727, p<.05),加大起跳垂直力量將有利於成績的獲得。三、較小的扇角角度顯示選手在支撐階段能夠儘可能減少煞車力,增加後期蹬伸力量,有利垂直速度的獲得。四、支撐階段起跳腿著地至緩衝點時髖關節角度並非呈現逐漸下降的情形,顯示髖關節並不是腳著地時下肢關節緩衝垂直力量的主要關節。五、緩衝時間與垂直速度及成績達負相關(r=-.813, r=-.740, P<.05),顯示較小的緩衝時間將能減少減少水平速度損失,轉換成較多垂直速度,因此獲得較佳成績表現。建議:加強選手助跑絕對速度與起跳垂直力量,將有利於成績的表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of female long jumpers’ takeoff movements to their performance. Results and conclusions: 1. While landing, buffering and taking off, the altitude of center of gravity was not significantly related to the performance. It showed that taller jumpers do not necessarily get the advantages in performance. 2. Leg stiffness is apparently related to jumpers’ performance. (r = .727, p< .05). That is , enhancing the takeoff vertical force will make better performance possible. 3. Smaller sector angle showed that the jumpers can decrease brake force during support phase, and increase the force of later push off. That will do good in getting the vertical speed. 4. In the support phase, the hip joint angle doesn’t decrease gradually during the take off leg landing to buffering. It shows that the hip joint is not the main joint for buffering the vertical force from the lower limbs joints. 5. There is a negative relation between buffering time and vertical speed. ( r = -.813, r = -.740, p< .05). Therefore, the less buffering time will decrease the loss of horizontal speed. And that will be transferred to more vertical speed and improve athletes’ performance. Suggestion: To reinforce athletes’ approach speed and takeoff vertical force will be able to promote their performance. |
