中文摘要 | 動態勁度法以被公認可以完整的建模,無離散化誤差。但因其建模過程較複雜, 過往本法在轉子動力學之研究,多集中在無阻尼系統之臨界速度或等向性系統之自然頻率等 分析。尚欠缺對含阻尼系統特徵值問題之應用。本文即應用此方法於含阻尼及軸向力之非等 向性轉子軸承系統的特徵值及不平衡響應之求解。本文敘述複數形式之動態勁度矩陣推導過 程,並以 Muller 方法解出複數特徵值。最後舉出三個應用例子,並與有限元素法之解比較 ,以顯示動態勁度法之高精確度。 |
英文摘要 | Dynamic stiffness method (DSM) is well recognized for its exactness of system modeling without discretization errors. Due to the complication of the matrix formulation, previous research using this method on rotordynamics mostly focused on the undamped critical speeds or natural frequencies of rotorbearing systems with isotropic supports. Damped eigenvalue analysis with anisotropic supports has not yet been conducted. In this paper, the eigenvalues of anisotropic rotor-bearing systems with damping and axial loading, as well as unbalance responses, are solved. The complex valued formulation of the dynamic stiffness martrix is given. Complex eigenvalues are solved from the characteristic equation by using Muller's method. Three examples are given to demonstrate the accuracy of the numerical results with comparisons to the results by finite elemment method. |
