中文摘要 | 此研究的目的在於評估利用時間- 空間標 記反轉波序(Time-Spatial Labeling Inversion Pulses,T-SLIP)無顯影劑技術,運用在肝臟門靜脈的偵測,並與傳統注射顯影劑技術進行影像品質分析與比較。方法:本研究收集30位健康受試者的T-SLIP與注射顯影劑血管影像,根據門靜脈影像品質、整體訊號均勻度進行血管影像品質評估,由兩位放射科專科醫師進 行評分,另外,測量影像訊雜比,評估原始影像的影 像品質。結果:影像品質上,注射顯影劑(C.E.)總平均分數為2.75±0.60,無顯影劑T-SLIP(non-C.E.)為3.42±0.62,P<.001。在SNR的測量中,30位受試者僅有3位non-C.E.影像低於C.E影像,而其餘27位non-C.E的影像SNR均高於C.E影像,non-C.E.影像的平均SNR值為50.58,C.E影像的平均SNR值為32.36,p<.001。另外,在CNR的測量中,所有受試者在non-C.E.影像均高於C.E影像,non-C.E.影像的平均CNR值為34.64,C.E影像的平均CNR值為8.99,p<.001。結論:根據研究結果,利用T-SLIP無顯影劑磁振血管攝影技術可以清楚呈現門靜脈影像,並具有良好的訊號均勻度,與傳統注射顯影劑影像比較上,發現除了減少使用顯影劑的風險外,也可以獲取相當於注射顯影劑的影像品質。因此,T-SLIP無顯影劑磁振血管攝影,亦可以成為門靜脈檢查的另 一項選擇。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were (1) to evaluate the application of non-contrast enhanced (non-CE) Time-Spatial Labeling Inversion Pulses (Time-SLIP) technique in demonstrating the liver portal venous system and, (2) to analyze the imaging quality of magnetic resonance (MR) portal venography with non-CE Time-SLIP technique, and compared with that of traditional contrast-enhanced (CE) images. Methods: Thirty healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Two radiologists interpreted and scored the images with four-point scale. In addition, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of the original images of non-CE Time-SLIP and CE techniques was objectively measured. Results: The mean score of imaging quality of non-CE Time-SLIP images (3.42±0.62) was significantly higher than that of CE images (2.75 ±0.60) (p<.001). SNR of non-CE image of 27 cases was higher than that of CE image. The mean SNR of non-CE images (50.58) was significantly higher than that of CE images (32.36) (p<.001). The mean CNR of non-CE images (34.64) was significantly higher than that of CE images (8.99) (p<.001). Conclusion: Portal venous system can be demonstrated using the MR portal venography with non-CE Time-SLIP technique, without intravenous administration of contrast medium, and provide imaging quality as good as that of CE technique. Therefore, non-CE Time-SLIP MR portal venography can be a new imaging modality of choice to demonstrate the portal venous system. |
