中文摘要 | 本研究目的探討利用水苔介質,施用不同濃度鉀肥 (K2O:0、100、200、300、400 mg/kg)對春石斛蘭 Dendrobium To My Kids ‘Smile’植株氮、磷及鉀吸收量特性之影響,並探討應用介質溶液淋洗置換法 (Pour-through, PT)檢測介質溶液 pH及EC值之效應評估。由試驗結果顯示,定植後 195日春石斛蘭葉片、根部及全植株鉀吸收量以施用 K2O 300及400 mg/L處理較高,假球莖鉀吸收量以施用 K2O 200、300及400 mg/L處理較高。施用不同濃度鉀肥處理對定植後 195日春石斛蘭之葉片、根部及假球莖氮及磷吸收量並無一致的效應;以春石斛蘭全植株氮及磷吸收量而言,則以施用 K2O 200 mg/L處理較高。由介質溶液淋洗置換法測出 PT淋洗液之 EC值,有隨著施用鉀肥濃度增加而增加之趨勢,以施用 K2O 400 mg/L處理較高; PT淋洗液之 pH值,有隨著施用鉀肥濃度增加而降低之趨勢,以施用 K2O 400 mg/L處理較低。 PT淋洗液EC值與定植後 195日春石斛蘭葉片、根、假球莖及全株等部位鉀吸收量有極顯著的正線性相關性, PT淋洗液pH值與定植後 195日春石斛蘭葉片、根、假球莖及全株等部位鉀吸收量有極顯著的負線性相關性。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to explore the effects of different amountsof potassium fertilizer (K2O: 0, 100, 200, 300, 400 mg/L) on the N, P, K uptake of Dendrobium To My Kids ‘Smile’ and pH and EC value variation of leachate in sphagnum moss. The results showed that the K uptake were higher in leaf, root and total plant of Den. To My kids ‘smile’ at day 195 after transplanting (195 DAT) found in the treatmentsof K2O 300 and 400 mg/L, and the K uptake was higher uptake in pseudobulb in the treatments of K2O at 200, 300 and 400 mg/L. There were no consistant correlation between potassium fertilizer treatments and the N and P content in leaf, root and pseudobuld of 195 DAT plant of nobile-type Den. .However, the total N and P uptake amount in 195 DAT plant of Den. To My kids ‘smile’ was found in K2O 200 mg/L treatment. By using pour-through (PT) medium solution testing method, the EC value of leachate was higher with the increasing concentration of potassium fertilizer and highest found in K2O 400 mg/L treatment. The pH value of leachate was variated oppositely, it decreased with increasing the concentration of potassium fertilizer, and it showed the lower on the application of K2O 400 mg/L. There were significantly positive linear correlations between the EC value of leachate and the K uptake in leaf, roots, pseudobulb and total plant of Den. To My kids ‘smile’ at day 195 after transplanting. There were significantly negative linear correlations between the pH value of leachate and the K uptake in leaf, roots, pseudobulb and total plant of Den. To My kids ‘smile’ at day 195 after transplanting. |
