中文摘要 | 本研究設計並試製定置式及往復移動式等 2種霧耕栽培用噴霧機具,以提供霧耕栽培藥用植物之參考。本研究設計之定置式噴霧機具採用高壓動力噴霧機,將水分或液肥由管路輸送經噴頭霧化,向上噴灑進行噴灌作業;而往復移動式噴霧機具則以自走臺車承載造霧機,將水分或液肥霧化向上噴灑於作物根部,以完成噴霧作業。試驗結果顯示,往復移動式節水性較佳,用水量僅約為定置式 1/27左右,唯以定置式栽培的薏苡生長情況較為理想。經比較霧耕和土耕對薏苡根系生長與代謝物含量之變化,結果顯示薏苡根系中,霧耕根系的總代謝物含量較土耕為高。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, two types of mist sprayers combining associated equipments were developed to establish a mist spray aeroponic system for growing medicinal plant. The first type was mounted with high-pressure pump sprayer, fixed nozzle and pipeline to deliver misted-water and mist-nutrient upward spray onto plant roots. The second type was a fogging machine carried by an self-propelled trolley and reciprocated moving below planting bed. The fogging machine could spray both mist-water and mist-nutrient upward onto plant roots to achieve irrigation and fertilization. The results showed that water saving capacity was more efficient in the reciprocating fogging system, that was only 1/27 to that of mounted high-pressure spraying system. However, the growth performance of the tested Job’s tear was better in the latter. As compared with soil culture plants, better growth performance and higher total metabolites content of Job’s tear (Coix lacryma, var. Mayun) was grown from aeroponics system. |
