中文摘要 | 目的:為探討划槳週期中對於不同發力特徵對動力狀態的影響,透過文獻整理方式歸納出划船運動生物力學方面主要著重於槳頻、槳幅、肌肉用力方式等方面的研究,運動學方面則主要研究選手和船艇重心的位移速度、加速度等,而動力學的測試手段,目前主要是利用測功儀進行槳力時間曲線的探討。結果:經由槳力時間曲線以探討人體在划船週期過程中出現的環節間相互作用現象,根據這一方法獲得的結果也可推估運動的神經控制機制,探討對外力矩和被動的、由運動引起的慣性力矩的平衡與適應對划船速率的影響,進而完成或發展出一個有效率和協調的肢體動作。結論:划船運動涉及到人—船—槳—水這一複雜系統,在進行專項競技能力診斷和分析的過程中,過於強調某一方面的因素作用,而忽略其他方面因素的制約,因此,所有相關研究都指出,應該從運動生物力學、生理學、機械動力學和流體力學等多個角度綜合考慮,才可能對槳力時間曲線特徵作出正確解讀。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This paper is to explore the impact of different power mode of force on the dynamic characteristics of the rowing cycle, by way of literature review summarized the sports biomechanics of rowing mainly discusses about stroke rate, stroke width and muscle force. Kinematics focusing on rowing speed, acceleration, etc. As for the testing method of dynamics, it's currently discussing the force-time curve with the ergometer. Results: We do quantitative analysis of the moment of human movement for dynamics and discuss about the mutual reaction of human bodies in the rowing cycle between each part with the force-time curve. We can estimate neural control mechanisms of movement, discuss the balance of external torque and the passive moment of inertia causing by exercise and the influence of adapting rowing speed to complete or develop an efficient and coordinate body motion. Conclusion: The rowing involved rower, boat, oar, water, the complex systems, the process to conducting special athletic ability to diagnose and analyze, too much emphasis on one aspect of the factors, while ignoring other factors constraints. Therefore, all relevant research have pointed out, it should be taken into account from biomechanics, physiology, mechanical dynamics and hydromechanics, it may be to make the correct interpretation of force-time curves. |
