中文摘要 | 有習慣注意體育新聞的人-一定可以注意到,每隔一段時間我國舉重選 手就會在國際比賽中獲得優異成績;然而隨著舉車運動的開花結果,其背後我國 運動科學界所做得努力又足如何呢?因此本文便站在運動生物力學的角度,蒐集 了國內、大陸和國外運動生物力學和其相關領域針對舉重所作之研究文獻,將文 獻所屬地區、年代、作者、受試者、使用之儀器設備列表整理,最後在針對國內 研究之內容進行整理與歸納,並提出觀點與看法,其結論如下: 一、在文獻所屬地區、年代與作者方面:大陸在研究的數量與研究之起步均優於 我國,且大陸已有研究舉重之專賣單位;而國內之研究則以論文研究為主。 二、在受試者方面;大陸與外國,除了一般之研究外,更足對選手挑戰世界記錄 失敗的資料加以分析,以提供改進之道,國內在這方面之研究有待加強。 三、在儀器設備方面:運動學分析最常使用為攝影機,動力學分析方面則以測力 板和足底壓力測量儀器為主,若要對人體肌肉活動進行分析的話則使用肌電儀。 四、在研究結果方面:生物力學通常是針對「近」、「快」、「低,三原則進行 定量分析,或以儀器數據配合定性分析針對選手技術進行探討。在成續記錄和肌 力預測研究方面,以相對肌力比較,或以體重和成續、體重和相對肌力求取線性 迴歸預測公式。在體型測量研究方面則有待加強。在肌力與運動表現研究方面, 主要是針對身體各部位肌力、不同訓練方式、舉重專項技能測驗與舉重成績之間 的關係進行探討,其次便是針對慣用腳與非慣用腳等速肌力進行研究。在技術報 告書方面,則已經有三本以舉重運動為主之專書出版,在其內容上則各有各的工 題與特色。 五、舉重運動生物力學研究不應只單純侷限在其專業領域,如JohrGarhamme(1991) 以運動學資料求取選手之瞬發力,Kazuo Funatc等人(1996)設計儀器精確算出人體 在做某項動作時所輸出之力量、功和功率等便是最好之例子。 |
英文摘要 | If you read sports news often, you can find our country's weightiifting athletes are usuallygetting good performance results. But we can't understand the efforts of sports scientistdevote into. So this paper tried to collect weightlifting research in biomechanical and relatedfields which belong to our country. Mainland China and other country then classify themaccording to area, age, author, subject, and apparatus. Finally, this paper focus on theresearch belongs to our country to induct and to raise some point of view. The result is that:1. In area, age and author topics: Mainland China has more study quantity than our country. In the beginning of study. Mainland China is earlier than our country. Mainland China has had a special organization to study. In our country, there isn't the same organization.2. In subject topic: Besides common study, the scientists in Mainland China and other country also study athlete's losing movement to find the reason. But in our country, we don't.3. In apparatus topic: Photo camera is used mostly in kinematic analysis. In kinetics, we usually use force plate and foot pressure measuring system. If we want to record muscle activity, we can use EMG.4. In the inducting results topic: We often proceed quantitative analysis according with"near", "fast" and "low" rules. When we do qualitative analysis, we usually study athlete's technique comparing with data from apparatus. If we are recording performance results or counting predictive formula, we often count relative strength ( weightlifting record / body weight ) or count linear regression formula by body weight & relative strength. When we study the training field, we will study the relationship between strength & performance, training & performance and technique test& performance. Besides we study the strength difference between dominate and nondominate foot. In technique written report topic, our country has three technique written reports published.5. When we study weightlifting, we don't limit ourselves in biomechanics field. For instances: John Garhammer( 1991 )used kinematic data to count athlete's power. Kazuo Funato etc. ( 1996 ) created an instrument to count force, work and power when they used it to do some movement about weightlifting. |
