中文摘要 | 本研究分別以多元醇液化柳杉(Liquefied Cryptomeria Japonica)及商業聚酯多元醇為原料,在聚氨基甲酸酯樹脂(Polyurethane resin, PU)之NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比為1.1、1.3及1.5條件下,依次與水泥及聚4,4'-二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯(PMDI)等原料混合製成輕質發泡水泥板,探討無機水泥與有機聚合物之間的成板性質。試驗結果得知,兩種多元醇與PMDI及水泥製成之輕質發泡水泥板,水泥熟化時間以3hr為最佳,且水泥/PU配比在6/4至2/8之間方能成板。NCO/(OH+COOH)莫耳比為1.5與水泥/PU=5/5之配方,所得輕質發泡水泥板內聚強度最高,達1.5MPa,其比重為0.99,僅為純水泥板之50.7%。 |
英文摘要 | The study explored the characteristics of light-weight foam cement board made of cement with liquefied Cryptomeria Japonica, and commercial polyester polyol, respectively. Two boards were made with cement and Poly-4,4'-Diphenyl methane diisocyanted(PMDI) under different molar ratios of NCO/(OH+COOH)of PU, i.e. 1.1、1.3 and 1.5. As results, the best curing time of the light-weight foam cement boards made of two polyol, PMDI and cement was 3 hours.The board-forming ratios of the cement and PU was between 6:4 to 2:8 (by weight). The strongest internal bond of the lightweight foam cement board made of the molar ratio of 1.5 and the ratio of cement with PU 5:5 was up to 1.5 MPa.and the Sp.Gr. was 0.99,which is just 50.7% of the pure cement board. |
