中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究臺南市國民小學級任教師樂觀信念、情緒管理與班級經營效能之現況與關係。研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為臺南市國小級任教師共526人,研究工具為「國民小學級任教師樂觀信念、情緒管理與班級經營效能關係調查問卷」,資料分析則採描述性統計、t考驗、變異數分析以及迴歸分析。研究結果發現:(1)臺南市國民小學級任教師樂觀信念、情緒管理與班級經營效能均具中上程度表現;(2)樂觀信念、情緒管理與班級經營效能間有顯著預測力;(3)情緒管理對樂觀信念與班級經營效能關係有部分中介。根據結論,本研究提出相關建議,俾供學校行政單位、國小教師、以及未來研究者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of positive belief, emotional management of elementary school regular grade teachers and the classroom management effectiveness in Tainan County. The study uses the survey method. There were 526 subjects for elementary school regular grade teachers in Tainan County. The instrument was ”Positive Belief, Emotional Management of Elementary School Regular Grade Teachers and the Classroom Management Effectiveness Inventory”. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) The degrees of positive belief, emotional management of elementary school regular grade teachers and the classroom management effectiveness are at upper middle levels. (2) Positive belief and emotional management can significantly predict the classroom management effectiveness. (3) Emotional management can act partial mediation effects between positive belief and the classroom management effectiveness. According to the research findings, this author proposes several suggestions for the reference of school administration, elementary school teachers, and future studies. |
