中文摘要 | 內部講師對企業文化之傳承與技術紮根扮演重要的角色,企業導入內部講師制度,除了可以有效地提昇企業內部的辦訓能量、培養企業內部優秀的人才外,亦可以讓企業的知識快速地分享、傳播與應用。本研究透過三十五題內部講師的行為事例與問卷調查,再經由因素分析後找出內部講師行為表現的七個重要職能構面,其分別為:表達指導、互動分享、專業應用、課程規劃、資訊技巧、專業形象、評量改進等,希冀透過本研究結果能有助於產業界進行內部講師甄選與培訓時參考運用。 |
英文摘要 | The internal instructor plays an important role in passing on the business culture, skill and knowledge. By introducing the internal instructor system can strengthen the foundation of technical rooted and enhance the internal instructors' presentation skill and morale. Moreover, constructing internal instructors' competency model is one of the most efficient ways to share and apply knowledge in enterprises.This research is conducted by 35 examples of internal instructors’ behavioral events and questionnaires. Factor analysis was used to find out the most important attributes. The seven important attributes showed that: presentation skill guidance, interactive sharing, professional application, course planning, technology skill, professional image and evaluation feedback. These findings contribute to understanding the internal instructors' competency. Moreover, these results are valuable insights and can apply in recruiting and training the internal instructors in enterprises. |
