| 中文摘要 | 本研究以植物生長箱做為模擬植物工廠的實驗平台,藉由個人電腦及P.L.C.控制器,來建立生長箱的控制系統。其方法主要以計算流體力學的方式,利用ANSYS Fluent軟體,針對生長箱內部溫度場及設備裝設位置來進行模擬及分析,並以自動控制的方式,驗證模擬結果。生長箱內之設備皆由P.L.C.控制器來做控制,並將運轉狀況的感測數值回傳,以Visual Basic人機介面作呈現與設定。本研究以溫度20℃來做為控制目標,將模擬結果與實際量測數值做比較,驗證模擬準確性。再由田口方法以溫度20℃為目標,來找出生長箱內部元件理想裝設位置,使生長箱內部的溫度場分佈達到均勻化。 |
| 英文摘要 | The experiment of plant growth simulation is conducted by plant growth chamber. The project of PC and PLC controller to create a growth chamber control system. The methods of computational fluid dynamics, utilize ANSYS Fluent software, internal environment for the growth chamber and equipment installation location for simulation and analysis, and automatic control mode, verify the simulation results.The growth chamber is controlled by the P.L.C controller and the sensors parameter values are transferred via Visual Basic human-machine interface. The project of temperature of 20℃ to do is the control objective. The simulation results and the actual measured values are compared, verify the simulation accuracy. Through the Taguchi Methods at 20℃ as the goal, to find the best growth chamber internal components installed position, promote growth chamber internal environment to achieve the most uniform. |
