中文摘要 | TFDA於101年6月初接獲訊息,有民眾於臺北市及臺中市某連鎖餐廳各分店,食用生魚片及生蠔等餐食後,出現疑似食品中毒症狀就醫。累計出現噁心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等中毒症狀者共 77人,經調查患者攝食時間集中於 5月22日至 6月7日,連鎖餐廳 6月8日停止供應生蠔後,未再有中毒案件通報。為避免有衛生安全疑慮之生蠔繼續危害消費者健康,衛生局回收並封存 4月至 6月輸入之韓國生蠔產品, TFDA並針對韓國輸入之生蠔及貝類產品,在邊境採取逐批查驗管制措施。本案共有 5個衛生局抽驗 38件食品檢體 (包括 29件韓國生蠔及 9件生魚片 )與19件環境檢體,進行食品中毒病原菌及病毒檢驗,其中 4件生蠔檢出仙人掌桿菌不符規定, 3件生蠔檢出感染性腹瀉疾病病毒 (諾羅病毒及星狀病毒 )。疾病管制署取得患者檢體共 32件(包括肛門拭子 21件、嘔吐物 4件及糞便 7件),其中有 3件嘔吐物及 5件糞便驗出沙波病毒,另進行流行病學調查,結果顯示食用生蠔與中毒事件有顯著統計相關。綜合本案檢驗及調查結果,顯示封存之韓國生蠔已受到感染型腹瀉疾病病毒污染,已依食品衛生管理法第 11條(新法第 15條),食品受病因性微生物污染,致對人體健康有害或有害之虞者,併依同法第 29條(新法第 52條),予以沒入銷毀。 |
英文摘要 | Food and Drug Administration was informed by local Health Bureaus that consumers had gotten sick after eating sashimi and oyster at a chain restaurants located in Taipei and Taichung city in June 2012. A total of 77 consumers had symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea with abdominal cramps from 22nd May to 7th June 2012. The restaurants stopped supply since 8th June then no further informed cases. The Health Bureaus recovered and sealed oysters imported from Korea from April to June. In addition, lot-by-lot inspection measure on the ports has been taken. Fifty seven samples including 29 oysters, 9 sashimi and 19 environmental samples were screened for pathogenic bacteria and enteric viruses. Four oyster samples were contaminated with Bacillus cereus (one with pathogenic E. coli) and 3 samples were contaminated with norovirus and astavirus. Thirty two human specimens including 7 stools, 4 vomits, and anus wipe were collected. Five stools and 3 vomits were positive for sapovirus. Meanwhile, epidemiological investigation also showed eating oyster was statistically related to this outbreaks. The investigation concluded that the contaminated oyster from Korea was the etiology agent that shall be destroyed according to the Act Governing Food Sanitation. |
