中文摘要 | 北部某毒品危害防制中心重新擬訂毒品犯出監前團體輔導,提升毒品犯對自我瞭解、情緒因應、重建家庭關係,認識毒危中心的功能,並建立個管師與毒品犯的良好關係,以利出監後的追蹤輔導。新式團體輔導8個單元,依序為:相見歡、生命故事線、情緒三部曲、情緒DIY、你聽我說、與家人和睦相處、重建和諧的家庭關係、回顧與祝福,每個單元需1.5-2小時,每週一個單元,在毒品犯出監前2個月進行。2010年6-7月,共24位毒品犯參加團體輔導。成員們能回顧生命中的重要事件,對自我有更深瞭解。學習對不同事件的情緒反應,正當紓解壓力,表達與傾聽、向家人說出感謝。團體輔導結束後,成員們表示期待出監後與毒危中心連繫。單元回饋單之統計結果,每單元的團體表現正向題評分皆於4-5分(滿分為5)。團體表現的反向題評分變異較大,對單元4(情緒DIY)的反應較不佳。本論文內容可提供其他毒品危害防制中心設計及執行出監前團體輔導作參考。 |
英文摘要 | A Drug Abuse Prevention Center (DAPC) at northern Taiwan re-designed a new group counseling program for drug inmates before their discharge in order to enhance their self-awareness, to help them to cope with emotion, to rebuild family relationships, to learn the functions of DAPC, and to get to know the case managers of DAPC. There were eight activities in the new group counseling program in the order as follows: happy gathering, key events in life, the trilogy of emotion, do it yourself (DIY) for emotion, you listen and I talk, be nice to family members, rebuild family relationships, and recall and give best wishes. Each activity took 1.5-2 hours once a week, and the program was given 2 months before the inmates’ discharge. During June-July 2010, 24 drug inmates participated. The inmates were able to recall their key events in life, learn more about themselves, and to express appreciation to their family members. They also learnt that there should be different emotions for different occasions, control their temper, seek help to reduce their stress, speak up and listen. Regarding the statistical analysis of the feedback sheets, high ratings (around 4 and 5, the highest score is 5) were seen for the positive items of the eight activities of the program. However, a bigger variation of rating was seen for the negative items of the different activities of the program. It was particularly worst in the fourth activity 4 (do it yourself (DIY) for emotion). |
