中文摘要 | 本研究是以系統化教學設計的概念為基礎,探討樂齡學習示範中心特色課程規劃與實施流程;從經營者、教師及學員之觀點,分析其對樂齡教學SOP實施歷程的反應,並探討特色課程SOP實施的效果。本研究採用觀察與訪談法蒐集資料,主要結果包括:一、樂齡學習示範中心特色課程規劃與實施;二、樂齡教師的教學活動;三、教學SOP實施的效果;四、樂齡教學標準作業流程。依據本研究的結論,研究者提出建議:一、樂齡教學應朝「建立SOP」方向發展;二、加強樂齡教學標準化之理論建構及相關研究;三、樂齡教學方法的運用應更加多元化;四、樂齡學習中心宜發展出各自的特色課程與教學。 |
英文摘要 | This study is a systematic instructional design based on the concept, explore elderly Demonstration Center Featured curriculum planning and implementation process; from the operator, the view of teachers and students, to analyze the implementation of the elderly teaching the history of SOP reaction; and explore the characteristics of the course SOP effect of the implementation. In this study, observation and interviews to collect data, the main results include: (1) demonstration center features elderly curriculum planning and implementation; (2) elderly teachers teaching activities; (3) the effect of the implementation of teaching SOP; (4) elderly teaching standards processes. According to the conclusions of the study, the researchers suggested: (1) elderly teaching should be towards “the establishment of SOP” direction; (2) strengthen the theoretical construct elderly teaching standardization and related research; (3) the use of elderly teaching methods should be more diversified; (4) elderly learning should develop their own characteristics curriculum and instruction. |
