中文摘要 | 本研究以質子交換膜燃料電池(Fuel cell)之V型瑞士捲式雙極板為例,使用Moldex3D R12模流分析軟體進行含有玻璃纖維材料的流動分析,應用於射出成型製程製作雙極板,並藉由分析結果來觀察玻璃纖維含量不同時的配向性與流動情形。研究中以材料PA6(Polyamide,Nylon6)TECHNYL C218 V15 Rhodia,進行模擬分析,流道設計採用瑞士捲型渦流道,成品尺寸為ψ75 mm、厚度4 mm、一模一穴,流道尺寸最大ψ為56 mm、寬度3 mm、深度1.2 mm。 |
英文摘要 | This research took v type Swiss rolled bipolar plate of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (or PEMFC) as the study case, and used Moldex3D R12 mold flow analysis software to analyze the flow of fiber material. The bipolar plate was fabricated through injection molding process, and was simulated to get the results with glass fiber orientation and flowing pattern.This research used PA6 (Polyamide, Nylon6) TECHNYL C218 V15 Rhodia with glass fiber. Flow pattern of bipolar plate is Swiss-Rolled channel pattern, and the finished product had a size of ψ75 mm*4 mm (a mould and one caves), and all of the ditch was 1.2 mm. |
