中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討組織政治知覺、職場靈性與工作壓力之間的關係。本研究針對桃園縣國民小學教師進行問卷調查,有效問卷共計588份。資料分析方法主要透過皮爾森分析與迴歸分析來探討各變項因素間的關連性,彙整實證結果如下:(1)組織政治知覺與工作壓力有顯著的正相關。(2)組織政治知覺與職場靈性有顯著的負相關。(3)職場靈性與工作壓力有顯著的負相關。(4)職場靈性對組織政治知覺與工作壓力具有部分中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study is aimed to investigate the relationship among Perceived Orga-nizational Politics, Workplace Spirituality and Job Stress, 588 effective surveys of this research were provided to the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County. Piersen and Regression analysis were used to study the correlation between the varying factors, collection of real result as follows:(1)Perceived Organizational Politics and Job Stress have significant positive relationship. (2)Perceived Organizational Politics and Workplace Spirituality have signifi-cant negative relationship. (3)Workplace Spirituality and Job Stress have sig-nificant negative relationship. (4)Workplace Spirituality was found to have par-tially mediating effects between Perceived Organizational Politics and Job Stress. |
