中文摘要 | 新建工程建造時若引發損鄰須經鑑定以釐清責任歸屬,鑑定項目中以傾斜率的量測最為重要,因其攸關修復 補強方式及復補費用之多寡。本文以建築物之不同測線傾斜率量測值之合理性、以窗框垂直線作為建築物傾斜率 量測之可行性以及老舊建築物傾斜率量測之合理性等三個面向,對目前台灣地區建築物之傾斜率量測進行探討, 測量方法乃採用目前工程師最常用之經緯儀觀測法。其中並對具有過大傾斜率之老舊建築物在現行土木技師公會 以建築物傾斜率量測結果作為損鄰賠償等相關規定可能引發之爭議進行探討並提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the rationality of building tilt measurement results obtained from different survey lines, the possibility of building tilt measurement using window frame lines as survey lines and the rationality of building tilt measurement of old buildings are discussed. A common practice used theodolite was adopted in the surveying work. Also in this paper the rationality of related regulation about building tilt measurement and compensation for building damage due to adjacent construction activities adopted by Professional Civil Engineers Association is discussed. |
